The following list was prepared as a guide to Internet resources of interest to musico-textual scholars and specialists. It is topically arranged as seen in the contents statement below.

Each site is checked before its inclusion to avoid pointing our participants to dead ends. A few sites, however, are preceded with question marks, indicating that they could not be accessed at the time of their inclusion. Because they have been listed in several Internet sources and seem to be valuable resources, they have been included. They will be rechecked upon each revision of the guide and either deleted (if they are found to be dead ends) or fully annotated (if they are found to be viable).

Revisions of the list will include a list of new entries preceding the full contents identifying new sites. Deletions lists those sites which had been listed as questionable, but found to be unviable.

The annotation for each cite begins with an Internet address. If a direct address was not available at the time of inclusion, a query address has been given. Annotations also include a brief description of the site, along with a short note describing contents.

Suggestions about additions, notifications about changes in site addresses, or information about sites that are no longer viable would be greatly appreciated. Please send additions and corrections to Ellen J. Burns (eburns@h-net2.msu.edu).
